Modood is a Pakistani technology entrepreneur and institution builder with more than 21 years of experience across business process outsourcing, customer experience, software, artificial intelligence and PropTech. In 2014 he founded Tribe Consultingfrom a five-seat office; it has since grown into one of Pakistan's leading BPO and technology organisations, with 2,000+ professionals, and an ecosystem of ventures spanning AI, software engineering, recruitment and real estate. Zell is his long-term PropTech vision, built on verification, technology and premium customer experience.
He founded Zell to fix the trust problem at the heart of Pakistani real estate — the fake listings, unverified societies, and hidden practices that cost ordinary buyers, and overseas Pakistanis especially, dearly. Under his leadership, Zell verifies ownership, confirms legal approvals, and inspects every property in person, and pairs each customer with a dedicated, accountable in-house advisor.
