This is the first public record of them — every house credited to the people who made it, every title verified before it appears.
A designed house is not a bigger house. It is a different product — and it has been sold like a commodity for thirty years.
Search any Pakistani property portal for a house in DHA and you get square yards, bedrooms and a price. Nothing tells you who drew it, who built it, who chose the stone, who planted the courtyard. The one thing a buyer at this level is actually paying for — authorship — is the one thing the market never records.
So the best houses in the country skip the portals entirely. They move through a closed circle: the architect tells a client, a broker tells a friend, an open house is held on a Sunday. It works, slowly, and only for people already inside the circle.
Zell Designer Houses opens the circle without cheapening it. A house enters only on invitation and only after verification. The price can stay private. The address stays private until we have spoken. But the authorship is published — in full, with every discipline named — because that is the part worth knowing.
Each house is admitted individually. We would rather publish one house properly than twenty in a hurry — the value of this page is what we keep out of it.

A designed house loses money on a normal portal — buried between spec houses, judged on price per yard, enquired about by people who cannot buy it. This category exists to stop that.
A house designed by a named architect or interior designer for a specific client and plot, built bespoke rather than to a developer's repeated template, where the design credits can be confirmed with each practice. Size and price do not qualify a house on their own — a very large spec house is still a spec house.
At this level many owners will not publish a demand, because the number circulating publicly affects the negotiation and their privacy. Each house is published either with a dated demand or as "price on request" — the owner decides, and Zell never invents a figure to fill the gap.
The page gives the phase and the road. The exact address, plot number and access details are shared once you have spoken to the Designer Houses desk and the owner has agreed to a viewing. That protects a family that is still living in the house.
Because the house is already being sold — usually with your work uncredited. A profile turns every house you have designed into a permanent, searchable record of your practice, and sends the enquiries it generates to you as well as to the seller. There is no charge to be credited.
Yes — it goes through the same verification as any Zell listing: ownership and title documents checked, dimensions confirmed, the property inspected in person, with the date of verification shown on the page. The design credits are a separate check on top of that.
