Buyers should carry out their own due diligence and legal checks before committing to a purchase.
The Zell name, logo, content, and design are the property of Zell Properties and may not be copied or used without permission.
The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zell is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from any property transaction.
We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from Zell.pk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Karachi.
