Verification Policy

Verification is the heart of Zell. Unlike portals where anyone can upload anything, every property on Zell.pk is checked by our team before it is marked Zell Verified and published. This page explains what we do — and what our verification does and does not guarantee.

Our process

  • Submission — an owner or agent lists a property; it is saved as "pending" and is not visible to the public.
  • Visit — a Zell consultant contacts the lister and arranges a physical visit, usually within one business day.
  • Verification — we confirm the property exists, inspect it on-site, review available ownership documentation, and check the key details provided.
  • Go live — once satisfied, we publish the listing with the green ✓ Zell Verified badge.

What we check

  • The physical existence and condition of the property.
  • Key details such as location, size, and the features listed.
  • Available ownership and documentation, to a reasonable standard.

What "Zell Verified" means — and doesn't

A Zell Verified badge means our team has physically seen the property and made reasonable checks on the information provided. It is not a legal guarantee of clear title, ownership, or the outcome of any transaction. Buyers should always carry out their own legal due diligence — including title and documentation checks with the relevant authorities — before completing a purchase.

Keeping listings accurate

We remove or update listings that are found to be inaccurate, sold, or no longer available. If you spot something that looks wrong, please tell us at care@zell.pk.
