What Emaar publishes today for Park Edge (twin towers, 1–4 bed apartments and penthouses): completion 30 May 2028; 10% down, then 14 instalments of 6.42% over 3 years; from Rs 5.9 Cr for 1,400 sq ft (Emaar marks both as indicative). This is Emaar's own public statement, not yet confirmed to Zell in writing — we will post the confirmed version, and Zell's first dated site visit, as soon as we have them. Allottees: if your booking terms differ, tell the circle (no unit numbers).

How this circle works

Rules v1. Zell is the verifier of record, not a party to any sale; its commercial relationship with a project is disclosed on the project page. Anything posted here is a member’s own account, checked against these rules — not Zell’s statement of fact.

  1. Verified members only. You post under your name with a badge that says how Zell verified you. You join as an owner, allottee or resident, whatever your work; the circle is not a place to advertise property or services.
  2. Claims need evidence. A price, a delay, a problem with a project — say what you saw (a letter, a listing link, a photo, a visit). Posts that accuse without evidence are held for a human and may be returned to you.
  3. No personal data. No phone numbers, CNIC numbers, unit numbers or names of people who are not here. Living reports are anonymous to other members.
  4. No return promises. "Guaranteed", "1% a month", "doubles by possession" — not here. Zell never promises returns and neither does the circle.
  5. Right of reply. A developer or a Zell advisor named in a post may answer under it. Zell's commercial relationship with a project is disclosed on the project page.
  6. Complaints are answered by a person within 48 hours. Report any post from the page. A Zell manager decides — remove, keep, or ask for evidence — and you are told the outcome.
  7. Nobody is contacted for being a member. The only time Zell calls is when you post "selling / renting soon" and tick "let a Zell advisor call me". The weekly digest is opt-in and stops the moment you say so.
