Six bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, an imported Italian kitchen, a multipurpose basement and a private pool. Sold semi-furnished with high-end fixtures in place. Demand Rs 80 Crore as at September 2026.

9 photographs of this house are published on its page, with the full specification and every credit named.
If S. Abdullah Furniture built or designed other houses that meet the admission criteria, claim the profile and submit them. Each one is verified before it appears, and we say no to most.
What a house is made of is the question a buyer at this level actually asks, and the one no portal answers. Rows in amber are blank because only S. Abdullah Furniture can fill them.

Zell publishes a material only once the practice that supplied or installed it confirms it. We would rather leave a line empty than guess at it — which is why a claimed profile is worth more than an unclaimed one.
Claiming is free and takes one conversation. You get a biography and portfolio in your own words, your practice website linked, enquiries from buyers who saw your work forwarded straight to you, and a permanent record of every house of yours that Zell publishes. Zell earns nothing from your profile — we want the houses.
Rather it came down? Tell us and we remove the page. A credit is published with consent or not at all.
